Governing Body Vacancies

Middle Barton Primary School is one of the most vital parts of our community.

Being a School Governor means you can support the work of the school, contributing to strategic decisions which will affect the teaching and learning of all the pupils.

Governors come from many different backgrounds and bring various skills, experience or even a particular viewpoint, which are all valuable additions to the work of the Governing Body.

Most Governors serve a four year term, this means that periodically the Governing Body seeks new members.

Currently we have two Governor positions which need to be filled:
  • Parent Governor.
  • Co-Opted Governor from the local community.
